I'm Michal

In my previous life, I was an exercise physiologist, working for NHS, Canyon Ranch Tucson, Regent Seven Seas, and Oceania Cruises. For the past 8 years, I've visited over 70 countries while helping thousands of people get back on their feet and be healthy again.
