I'm Michal

In my previous life, I was an exercise physiologist, working for NHS, Canyon Ranch Tucson, Regent Seven Seas, and Oceania Cruises. For the past 8 years, I've visited over 70 countries while helping thousands of people get back on their feet and be healthy again. Now I travel, do yoga, learn the Thai language, and help people get in shape through my blog and my services. When I'm not busy, I'm probably working out, blogging, or cooking something spicy.
