One Shot Keto Review – Scam or Miracle?

Recently you may see miracle pills that promise to reduce 50lbs in 61 Days. One Shot Keto is been out for sale and promises godly results to kick the metabolism into action and give you the saucy look without exercise.

Does One Shot keto work?

In general, One Shot keto doesn’t work. It is a dietary supplement that contains a proprietary blend BHB (Beta-hydroxybutyrate) that claims to put the body into ketosis. However, without a calorie deficit, it is not possible to reduce body weight, regardless of the ingredients.

In other words, weight loss happens by the calorie deficit only.

One Shot Keto Real Reviews

Just take a look around on the internet you can clearly see the real reviews of the One Shot keto. Real people who actually purchased the product say that it does not offer what it claims. This is just another pill that promises the washboard abs without any effort.

After being in the health space for over a decade I see fads come and go.

Which is hilarious to watch.

Because as the fads comes, they’re usually:

  • Heavily promoted by the investors
  • Hyped by celebrities
  • Endorsed by TV doctors
  • Marketed as the miracle pill to lose weight in just 3 weeks without any effort

And here’s the thing.

20 years ago this type of hype could take place. People were uninformed. Internet non existed. People genuinely believed what they saw on TV and what they read in magazines.

But.

Today is a bit different. At least for new generation.

People can smell scams from a mile away. They also can get access to the actual real reviews of the product written by others.

That is what I don’t get.

In the times where your business can go under overnight because of one tweet or one bad review, how on earth would you even consider doing the same shady marketing tactics from the 90s?

You guys know that this stuff doesn’t work.

And this is baffling me because this type of marketing is targeted towards people who are uninformed, struggling to lose weight, and are desperate to find some real solutions.

They have problems already and selling a fake solution to their real problems doesn’t create a sustainable business model. This stuff was available in the 80s and 90s.

But the times has changed.

Today people:

  • Have more access to information
  • Have more access to instant social media
  • Have more access to express themselves

All you need is one video to go viral and the sales goes down.

So explain this. If you have access to so many resources, influencers, celebrities, and investors, why would you not take advantage of that to create a real solution?

One Shot Keto Complaints

You don’t have to look far to see the bad reviews and complaints about one shot keto pills. On amazon majority of the reviews are shouting scams and ask for money back. Not surprisingly, because some of the claims from the one shot keto bottles are:

  • Fat utilizing weight loss
  • Extra strength
  • Active ketosis more efficiently
  • Boost energy

And here’s the problem.

Supplement industry isn’t regulated as food or drug industry. This is a grey area. You can literally title your bottle that can “boost” metabolism or “”utilize” fat or whatever you can think will sell better.

One shot keto isn’t any better.

Drug and food companies have a strict set of rules they must obey. Ibuprofen pills can only state what they are designed for, proven to work, and tested. They cannot claim they cure diabetes.

When you buy can with tomatoes, unless they stated differently, they must contain tomatoes only. They cannot have chickpeas.

The supplement industry is different.

You can put on the label whatever you want. You can use “proprietary blend” to mask the special ingredients where in reality you can include what the heck you want.

So the product X may claim it have ingredient X but, where in reality it may or may not have it.

Conclusion

In summary, weight loss happens due to the calorie deficit only. And if someone is trying to sell you keto pills that will put you into the ketosis to burn more fat without even trying for $69.99 per 1 bottle, just turn around and run away.

If you want to learn more about how to get real results with eating and moving better, start by looking up information from respected and trusted sources.
