My healthy banana bread recipe has been on repeat in my kitchen since I stopped buying the sugar-loaded kind from the bakery. It skips refined sugar and oil but stays tender and moist from ripe bananas and Greek yogurt. This version comes in at just over 100 calories per slice with no flavor compromise.
